Registration as Presenter

Follow these steps to register as a presenter:

 

1. In the acceptance email that you get from us, you will receive a Registration Form (you can also download it here). You should fill and sign this form.

Please note:

  • In the email subject, please write: Reg Presenter_(Last name of corresponding author)_(Paper ID)_(Registration Type)
  • Example: Reg Presenter_Octavius_IC01001_late bird
  • The registration form that you received from us is an Early Bird Registration Form, with the registration price being 65€. The Early Bird Registration is open until January 31st, 2018. If you haven’t registered until the Early Bird Registration is closed, you can register with normal/late bird price (75€) until February 18th, 2018. Please remember to fill the right type or registration form (early bird / late bird). Once the Early Bird registration is closed, you can only download the form from our website.
  • Included in the price are: conference entry, seminar kit, and two-days consumption (snack and lunch) dan Gala Dinner (Gala Dinner would be on 2nd day of Conference, April 29th 2018). All food served in the conference is halal.
  • The ICONIC 2018 Organizers are offering a tour to Hanover Fair for an extra price of 25€. Should you want this optional service, you can simply tick the options in the registration form.

2. Complete the payment. The payment could be made in two ways:

3. Send these following files to registration@iconic.ppi-jerman.de: 1) the filled registration form, 2) copy of your ID, and 3) payment receipt

4. Our Team would review your registration and payment and as soon as all three files and the payment are received, we would send you a confirmation email with Letter of Acceptance as PDF*.

5. Once the registration process is finished, you could submit your Camera Ready Manuscript via EasyChair until February 28th, 2018.

6. See you in Hannover!

*Note: we have received quite a few questions from presenters regarding Letter of Acceptance as PDF in the paper acceptance notification. The PDF will be issued in the confirmation email. If you need this for funding proposal, based from our experience in previous years, it is enough to attach a screenshot of your paper acceptance notification email.
